At Thecaddesigner we take on challenging projects like the Rolls Royce New Jet Engine Test Facility.

This project involved intricate design work to ensure optimal member sizes for materials to be easily moved on-site for construction. Innovative solutions were implemented to design stairs that could be craned into position fully built, showcasing our expertise in Tekla and Autocad steelwork design.

We were tasked with designing and detailing secondary steelwork for the Test Facility, which includes tower stairs, gantries, and crane rails. With access to the BIM model at LOD 200 and Principal Engineers' details, we executed the project on time and without any design or installation issues.
